Refund and Exchange Policy
Purchase is limited to 30-day return period.
RETURN POLICY: "Accessories and Prepay" - All Wireless Phone Accessory and Prepay Phones/Replenishment card sales are final. No Returns or Refunds. Defective accessories will be replaced with like equipment if within the warranty term and guidelines. All purchases made by "cash" will be refunded by a check and mailed to the address on file.
RETURN POLICY: "Wireless Devices" - (a) All Devices that are NOT accompanied by a Contractual Equipment Upgrade or New Subscriber Activation will NOT be accepted for return or refund. (b) Select Devices that are accompanied by a Contractual Equipment Upgrade or New Subscriber Activation sale may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of the original purchase if it meets the following return criteria: (1) Must be in its "Original Box" w/UPC label, user manual, documents & accessories. (2) Equipment must be in "like new" condition with no scratches, no physical damage and no moisture damage.
RESTOCKING FEE: A minimum restocking fee will apply; (1) $50 for Basic, Smartphone, iPhone & Data Devices/Handsets. (2) $70 Restocking Fee for Tablets (3) Additionally, a charge will be applied for Missing UPC labels and for missing items from the original box up to 25%.
CONDITIONAL PHONE EXCHANGES: Only one exchange per customer per phone, commencing with the original date of sale. Exchanges are conditional based upon the condition of the Returned Device/Item.
CONTRACTUAL EQUIPMENT AGREEMENT: In addition to the above policies, all wireless phone equipment that are discounted at the time of sale for Contractual Agreement are subject to chargeback up to the full discounted amount given. You acknowledge and pre-authorize a credit card charge up to this amount should you cancel the line of service, change to a non-eligible pricing plan, during the first 180 days of your contracted term of service.

I hereby consent to receiving voice, SMS (text) and/or email messages (including pre-recorded messages and/or calls initiated using any system of automated dialing technology) on any mobile phone numbers activated today and/or associated with my Verizon Wireless account, as well as any other number(s) and/or emails I may provide to either Wireless Plus or Verizon. I may revoke this consent by sending an email to info@WirelessPlus.com. I understand that any revocation must identify the specific number(s)/ email address to which it applies and may take up to 30 days to process.
I hereby agree that (a) any dispute(s) I have with Wireless Plus will be resolved via arbitration only (or qualifying small claims actions): and (b) that I am waiving all of my rights to participate, either directly or indirectly, in any class action litigation against Wireless Plus. The arbitration panel shall consist of one party selected by each of you and Wireless Plus, and the two so selected shall select one more to create a three-member panel. The decision of this group shall be final and binding on the parties. Each party shall pay for the arbitrator it selected as well as one half of the costs of the third arbitrator selected. Any demand for mediation or arbitration must be made during the period of any applicable statute of limitations.
I hereby grant my consent to Wireless Plus to access and transfer my calendar, contacts, e-mail, media and other data on my old device(s), and understand that Wireless Plus is not responsible for any loss or corruption thereof.
To the extent I am leasing/financing any device(s). I understand that Wireless Plus will assess sales tax on the full purchase price of all such device(s).
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITIED BY LAW, I UNDERSATND THAT WIRELESS PLUS WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO ME (OR ANY THAT MAY CLAIM THROUGH ME) FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON A CLAIM OF BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITIED BY LAW, I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE MAXIMUM DAMAGES DUE ME UNDER ANY THEORY OF RECOVERY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY ME TO WIRELESS PLUS FOR THE DEVICE(S) AND ACCESSORY(IES) I PURCHASED FROM WIRELESS PLUS.
