Yes. If you still owe on it or it's locked to your current carrier, ask them to unlock it first. We can help you figure out where you stand.

Can I keep my number?

Yes. Bring your account number and number transfer PIN from your current carrier. You can usually find both in their app or by calling them.

What should I bring to the store?
