Does Verizon have a loyalty program?
Yes. Verizon Loyalty includes Verizon Dollars and Verizon Shine, both in the My Verizon app.
What are Verizon Dollars and how can I use them?
Earn 3% back in Verizon Dollars when you pay your monthly Verizon bill in full by the due date. Use them toward Verizon devices and accessories, gift cards and hotel stays. Verizon Dollars expire after 12 months. Opting in also waives future activation and upgrade fees.
What is Verizon Shine?
Verizon's rewards program with Weekly Epic Wins, Daily Drops and ticket presale access, all in the My Verizon app. Rewards are limited and first come, first served.
How do I join the Verizon loyalty program?
Eligible customers get Verizon Shine automatically. For Verizon Dollars, opt in once in the My Verizon app under Me › Verizon Dollars. Stop by any Wireless Plus store and we'll help.
