I usually eschew phone stores! I always come away thinking "Why did I go in there!" This phone store is the exception. Our salesperson Marisa was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable and fantastically helpful! I've never encountered a salesperson who was more helpful and concerned about our satisfaction!
Parking is good and the store isn't too crowded and you don't have to take a number to receive help!
I wish all the stores had such helpful individuals! It would make shopping much more pleasant!

Ani is awesome!!!! Bought a gizmo watch for my son over phone--couldn't activate it, spent hours with corporate customer service to no avail--sent me to LG who told me they don't make gizmo watches. I went in to my local dealer and Ani solved my problem quickly and was extremely helpful! She also informed me I was eligible for a loyalty reward discount that no one else had bothered to inform us of.
Highly recommend this dealer and super happy with Ani for her quick help, customer service, and professionalism!

I was a long time Verizon Wireless customer. Yesterday, I made the mistake of switching to T-MOBILE and immediately started having problems. It took more than 12 hours for my phone to be unlocked. Then, when I tried to make or receive phone calls, the person on the other end was unable to hear me. After being treated very rudely by T-Mobile representatives, I walked into the Verizon retailer. The representative was very helpful. She suggested that I either get a new line in my brother's name or try calling Verizon to ask about the buy back program.

Yesterday we had the pleasure of working with Alex D. at the Verizon Store, in Ventura. She was friendly, personable and patient with us throughout the entire upgrade process. She presented us with multiple phone options, while keeping our budget in mind. She even stayed a few minutes after closing to make sure our phones could complete the transferring process.

BEST customer service from Andrew yesterday buying a new phone. I'm not tech savvy so he was very patient and accommodating. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I left getting everything I wanted. This has always been the BEST store in dealing with Verizon business. Much appreciated!
